The rooms were compact and cheap with communal bathroom. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the staff was pleasant. This hotel was located in a central area really close to the Horizon, the town centre and in need of a good clean.

Our small double room was equipped with an extra folding `` bed ''. Plus it was great-sized and had modern interior. The location was unbeatable, near to the pier and the front. Also, we were just a pleasant stroll away from St Peter's Church.

Had really good stay overall, fine place and the weather was warm. Got the same single room booked online with a nice bed, bathroom, as example. The staff were superfriendly and friendly, as I could only expect. The location was particularly good and excellent for visiting bars and cafés close to the hotel. Besides, I was close to a garden and a green area.

I had 1 night in Brighton, spending the time here lovely. The small double room was beautifully decorated with patio. Every member of staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The location turned out to be marvellous and perfect, close to the beach in Kemptown and exploring Brighton and the surrounding areas.
